Monday Moments — Free online offering

Every Monday @ 12 – 12:30 pm ET

How do we maintain our stability, presence, and joy on a busy Monday? In a society where we are told to keep going and that we are never enough, it sometimes feels like we  can not even catch our breath. IDPs Monday Moment offers a space for you to take a break (from work/teaching/child care) and to come exactly as you are.

Leading with our hearts

Monthly on Monday @ 6 – 6:45 PM ET

Joy is a revolution, and our collective liberation is meant to be experienced with a full, open heart. Join Oneika once monthly for an exploration of Metta. This offering will include a short talk, Q&A and end with a Metta practice. Cultivate compassion and lead with your heart.

Mindful Creating

Monthly on Tuesday @ 8 – 9pm ET

Facilitated by Susan Barbara Skinner 

Mindful Creating is a series of six workshops designed to explore creative energy through various techniques. We will work with paint, natural materials, and fiber in a playful way discovering new ways to create and love.

Eating with Awareness: A Mindful Approach to Nourishment & Well-being

Monthly on Wednesday @ 6 – 6:45pm ET

The juncture of eating, mindfulness and our relationship to food is the focus of this course. We will cultivate the skillful means to navigate our thoughts, feelings and emotions related to eating and the body.

Beginners Mind: Start Again

Monthly on Thursday @ 2 – 2:45pm ET

Facilitated by Maho or Nandini

This workshop is for anyone who would like to learn meditation or has been practicing and would like to sit together. All are welcome. Step by step, we review how to sit and practice together. Please bring your curious mind with you. We will discuss and do Q&A session in the end.
